Terms and Conditions

  1. We advise you to verify availability by either e-mailing us on, or by completing the enquiry form on this web site or by telephoning Huw & Bethan Beech, 01490 450 239. (e-mails are checked every day)

  2. A deposit of £100 is payable on booking to secure a week-long booking. £50 is requested to secure a short break We request that the balance is due one month before the your holiday. Please make cheques payable to Huw & Bethan Beech, at Plas yn ial, Llandegla, Wrexham, Denbighshire, LL11 3BD, Thank you

    • Late Bookings/Short breaks (Less than one month beforehand) - Full payment on booking

  3. Provisional bookings are held for seven days pending receipt of deposit.

  4. In the event of a cancellation, please inform us under cover of a letter. You are liable for the balance of rental in full, but we shall endeavour to re-let. It is in your interest to seek insurance against this event.

  5. The accommodation is available for you from 3.00pm on the Friday of arrival to 10.30am on the Friday of departure

  6. The apartment sleeps 4 people - (there is a sofa bed in the sitting room for use upon request.)

  7. You and your guests are responsible for the apartment and are liable for any loss or damage to the property or its contents.

  8. Cars, contents, luggage and personal belongings are left at the property at owner's risk.

  9. Electricity and oil are included in cost of your holiday. The beds are already made up on your arrival. Bed linen is provided: Duvets & covers, sheets, pillows & covers. Personal towels are supplied. 

  10. We ask that you do not bring any pets to stay at Plas yn ial -it is a working farm

  11. Smoking is not permitted within the accommodation

  12. Upon departure, the accommodation must be left in a clean and tidy condition.

  13. Tea-towels and dishcloths are supplied. We provide washing up liquid, dishwasher tablets, toilet rolls, salt, pepper, tea and sugar. We shall ask you if you require personal towels, which will be provided without charge

  14. Guests have the use of a large garden - over ½ acre. The garden contains some mature rhododendron bushes, a private flat  wooded area. (There are some areas of the garden that provide the guest with total seclusion and privacy.) The garden is enclosed by a fence - there is a gate leading to the drive that leads to the house.

  15. Wireless Broadband internet reception is available without charge

  16. We can accept payment by online banking, paypal and cheque (not quite yet credit cards sorry)

Access Statement

Plas yn iāl is located at the end of a tarmac drive that runs from the main road through open parkland:

There is a gate at the bottom of the drive, off the main road A5104, which may be closed. A further gate leading into the gravelled front of the accommodation may also be closed (dependant on whether the ewes are grazing in the parkland)

The parking for the accommodation has a gravel surface. There is a 10metre gravel path to the front door of the accommodation. There is one step up from the gravel path to the front door. The floor level to hall, downstairs WC & kitchen are on the same level. There are 2 steps from the kitchen into the lounge.

Access to the first floor is via 15 steps that consist of: up 10 steps, plateau, left, up 2 steps, plateau, left, up 2 steps – onto the landing.

Door off landing to Bathroom: shower over bath.

Door off landing to bedroom with double bed, door through to bedroom with twin (two single beds).

Access to the twin room is through the double.

There is good mobile phone reception for Vodafone, Orange & T-Mobile (O2 is poor)
