Accommodation

On arrival you will find the flat modern, clean and comfortable with the beds already made up. Accommodation includes: 

Families Welcome - Cots, high chairs and stair-gates are available, but please bring your own cot bedding.

Kitchen, with dining table - fully equipped including a dishwasher, microwave, electric cooker, toaster, fridge with freezer compartment, automatic 'washer/dryer' machine, (small chest freezer in hall) ironing facilities. We provide many of the basics you require for your holiday such as washing up liquid, dishwasher tablets, dishcloths, toilet rolls, salt, pepper, tea & sugar.

Sitting room- Free-standing oil fired cast iron stove, 2 double sofas, Colour Satellite TV ('free-sat') with DVD player. Wire-less broadband, iPod docking station, DAB radio.

Central heating with heating charges included in your weekly rent. A selection of books, games and videos are also provided.

Cloakroom -with WC and wash hand basin.

Bathroom – Double ended bath (taps in the middle) chrome mixer shower over bath, wash hand basin and WC.

2 bedrooms - sleep 4 (One bedroom with one double bed and one bedroom with two single beds). The ‘Laura Ashley’ Victorian style beds are already made up on your arrival. Bed linen is provided: Duvets & covers, sheets, pillows & covers. 

Due to the old character of the house, the bedrooms are inter-linked – going through the bedroom with one double bed to reach the bedroom with 2 single beds

Ample private parking. Direct access onto large lawns and ¼ acre enclosed garden.

You are welcome to walk anywhere on the farm including the 35 acres of bluebell woodland, parkland and hayfields. Ideal for picnics.

Plas yn iâl is a working farm and you are welcome to watch the lambing and other seasonal activities.
